Getting ready to start another round of HGH and I have been reading that guys are seeing great results with 3 shots a week at 8-10 iu's post work out with little to no sides. Anyone have any input before I give it a shot. Love to see heavy chime in with his thoughts. My last round I got pretty bad sides in my hands, so less sides would be great.

this is just my thoughts, take it for what it's worth...your problem in your hands is probably carpal tunnel...you are over doing it some. I think it's better to inject every day. Spread that out...3 times 10 is 30iu. Why not 7 times 4 is 28ius. Keep things on an even keel. This is jmho.
Actually HGH does grow cells, and cancer is a cell as well. In lower moderated doses you are trying to mimic natural HGH secretions. A good protocol is 1 IU upon waking, at lunch, mid afternoon and after training. Never take it before sleeping since you will secrete naturally when you go to sleep and hit REM. If you have trouble hitting REM then by all means give it a shot. Also understand that 1 iu synthetic contains more HGH then most peoples bodies release in a 24 hour period.

I run 10 IU's every third day before and the results were phenomenal. But everyone has their own likes and dislikes. If you are new to hgh, run 4 ius a day and split it up. Carpal Tunnel effect can happen at 3,6,9 IU's dependant on where you get your HGH and the quality thats in it. I get carpal at around 4 iu's for pharmaceutical sold here in the US, 6iu's from RIPS, and around 8IU's on the others.

I take 2 iu of pharma 1 hr before bed and sleep great. At 49 yo, I don't think I'm inhibiting much natural GH.
Also, when I took it during the day, I would get so tired I would have to nap for a couple of hrs.
2 iu per day 5 on 2 off for the last 3 months, taken a.m. fasted and I feel the need for a nap most everyday, I am 47 years old so may try pre bed inj to see if there is a difference in needing a nap most days
none. actually it does the opposite. In the femur there is a growth plate that doesn't fully develop till 25. If you take HGH before then youll fuse the plate early and you wont grow anymore. If your over 25 it wont matter the plate is already fused, HGH doesnt increase height. Thats what I know

guess that was dick, but someone already covered why that post was garbage...dude said HGH would fuse the growth plates and make you shorter. That is essential what steroids do and why we tell teenagers not to take them. HGH is actually a prescribed treatment for very short kids while their growth plates are open. GH is what makes the bones longer, testosterone and estrogen is what seals the growth plates in puberty.

I do 500mcg HGH Frag at wakeup and 4ui HGH before bedtime, I am 48 and sleeplike a baby, lol
Hgh at bedtime will blunt your natty release. Of course at 48 you aren't producing much and it's frag, so I'm not sure you are doing much to your gh pulse.
