Thanks for the info guys. It's weird how my body has been operating ever since I hit this bulking cycle. I ate 8 slices of bread, each with a tablespoon of peanut butter on top.. (a healthy helping of PB)... plus 1 Litre of my Weight Gain drink... and my stomach was still grumbling off hunger. :/
I tried PB before I go to bed.. it doesn't help much, but I will definatley try the olive oil and tell you guys how that works out for me. I don't have any Flax Seed oil... I will buy some though, and let you guys know how that works too.
I will also take Darko's advice about eating if I wake up for washroom breaks.. (which happens often now too.. which never happened before. I guess it's all that water I'm drinking...)

Please if you are using olive oil...use the extra virgin..dont know how you tell it in usa, but in spain the high quality oil its called extra virgin and is lots better than the ordinary one.

Extra virgin? Why is that? I use a ton of olive oil, but just use the extra light, regular...same amount of sat/poly/mono fats according to the label, same amounts of omegas...so what am I missing? let me know, I'm using a ton of the stuff!!
