I eat throughout the day, and can never seem to get full anymore... (good or bad, I don't know)... I drink lots and lots of water, possibly this has something to do with it. Even if I get stuffed, 5 minutes later I feel room for food.

My main problem is when I wake up though, I'm STARVED HUNGRY! Of course I eat as soon as I'm done showering and getting ready, but is there any way I can avoid this? I hate the feeling of being hungry... kinda like I'm loosing the weight I worked so hard to put on.

Do you guys recommend anything to eat before I go to bed that'll hold me over for the night?

Thanks,

you will obviously feel hungry after eight hours of fasting....... Some believe in taking a couple tablespoons of olive oil, or flax oil, or peanut butter just before bed. Cottage cheese is also a slow digested food, high in protein, so the fat free version might not be a bad idea.....

You may want to have something easy on the stomach before your morning routine, or even drink a protein and carb shake durring your workout. Thats what i do and it defiently helps. Like you bro I could eat at anytime and am always hungery.

Before bed I like to have a shake. I put ina scoop of Biotest Advanced protein, cup of qurter of a container of cottage chesse, some frozen berry mix, and if I had a real hard workout of that night some pinnapple for the high gi carbs. I also toss in a teaspoon of metamucil. I find that by having the shake I am not as hungrey in the morning, but I am still hungery. Also If I wake up to pee I will usually have something to eat like a quick whey shake or some yogurt or cottage chesse.

Thanks for the info guys. It's weird how my body has been operating ever since I hit this bulking cycle. I ate 8 slices of bread, each with a tablespoon of peanut butter on top.. (a healthy helping of PB)... plus 1 Litre of my Weight Gain drink... and my stomach was still grumbling off hunger. :/

I tried PB before I go to bed.. it doesn't help much, but I will definatley try the olive oil and tell you guys how that works out for me. I don't have any Flax Seed oil... I will buy some though, and let you guys know how that works too.

I will also take Darko's advice about eating if I wake up for washroom breaks.. (which happens often now too.. which never happened before. I guess it's all that water I'm drinking...)

Thanks for the advice all,

about the cottage cheese - IMO I'd go with the 2% milkfat kind because of the sugar content in the fat free one.

I also keep a premade shake right beside my bed - I usually wake up every night to pee and once I do, I wolf down the shake. I find that my body doesn't feel as rested in the morning though, because it has been digesting all night - it really hasn't rested.

What do you guys think about eating eggs before bed? For some reason, I crave eggs before I go to sleep.

I don't see any problem with eating eggs. Your muscles repair during sleep. Muscle tissue requires protein as a building block. Eggs are high in protein.

It all makes sense.

For some of you who need or want a oil change? might I suggest " UDOS CHOICE" its a blend of flax, sunflower, sesame seed, evening primose oil and the bran of rice and oats. it has omega3,6,9and mcts plus 13mg GLA per tbl. Its organic and cold pressed for those of you who care. it was developed by UDO ERAMUS PhD. HE authored a book " Fats that heal and fat that kill."

low/no carb food for obvious reasons or something high in fiber because fiber is hardest for your body to digest therefore its woking that much harder and burning calories

I just tried the new Designer Protein with glycerol that is supposedly time released over 8 hours, not to sure of it's effectiveness, but when I wake up, I am not too hungry.
