I was kinda skeptical but this thing isnt half bad...i bought the smallest one you can get for like $20, it cooked my chicken in like 3 minutes! And all the fat and stuff you don't wanna be eating rolls out into the pan, not too bad.

I'm gonna try a steak on the thing tonight.

Anyone else got one?

Yeah, I have the medium size one... Steak on the GF grill isn't quite like outside on my Webber! The GF grill cooks at a higher temp and tends to make the steak a little "tougher"... It is very convenient though...

I agree with you guys about making the steaks tuff.
I tenderize my steaks by pounding the shit out of them with a tenderizing hammer. hehe..good for stress.

Gentleman. Seeing as how most of the leaner cuts of beef tend to be tougher than the fattier cuts, i suggest marinating them. One of the best I have found is called Dales marinade. I know that it is available in the southern states, but not sure of elsewhere.

P.S. Take it off the grill when it still looks like it needs a Kotex; that will help with the toughness also>

The GF is possibly my best investment yet. I got it about a year ago, and use it at least 5 nights a week.

Bump for the GF

I just got the biggest Foreman grill for XMAS and we've been using it a few times a week ever since. It does fish pretty well, either the fresh or frozen kind are fine. It cooks them in like 4 minutes or so. A little hot sauce and some brown rice and you're good to go!!!

I've had one for a while. They're fast and easy to use.But it's hard to beat cooking over a fire on the Weber.
