When i started training i weighed 11.5 stone after 18months i now weigh 13.5 stone. I have gained some extra bodyfat which i now want to diet off.
My old diet plan: Mass Builder
6am -2 scoops of mass with 2 scoops of oats
9am -2 scoops of mass
Noon -3 chicken/turkey sandwiches + low fat yoghurt
3pm -2 scoops of mass
6pm -2 x chicken breasts & potatoes & veg
9pm -2 scoops of mass with 2 scoops of oats
This diet was completed with no cardio!!!but I gained alot of weight and size!!
My new diet plan: Fat burner & muscle builder
+ 2 x 20 minute runs (Sunday morning & Thursday after work)
6am -Large protein drink (Micro Whey)50g of protein -No carbs
9am -Normal size protein drink (Micro Whey)30g of protein -No carbs
Noon -3 chicken/turkey sandwiches + low fat yoghurt
3pm -Normal size protein drink (Micro Whey)30g of protein -No carbs
6pm -2 x chicken breasts & potatoes & veg
9pm -Large protein drink (Micro Whey)50g of protein -No carbs
+ fruit throughout the day. I will also increase my water intake.
+ 2 x 20 minute runs (Sunday morning & Thursday after work)
Please advise if you think my proposed new routine is good! Will i keep musclemass and lose bodyfat!
I think I already commented on this, but in addition, increase your cardio... if possible buy a heart rate monitor (Polar Monitor's usually run around 100$ US) and increase your cardio (5-6 days a week, 30-60 minutes) and keep your intensity at 60-80% of your HR Max (220-age).
