Heya, bro's, yet another question about my first cycle. HAHA. Don't get upset with me 😀 Anyway, what do yall think about this diet while on my cycle of:
weeks 1-6
Dbol 50mg ed
weeks 1-12
sus 500mg
deca 400mg
inject twice a week on wed and sun
clomid 1 week after last shot of sus and deca. 50(mg ed)1wk, 100(mg eod)1wk, 50(mg ed)1wk
300first day off, 200second day off, 100third day off, then above
7 egg whites @ 5:30am
breakfast which usually consists of omelette, bacon, bagel w/cream cheese, waffles, and maybe some other shit @ 7:15am
NLARGE2 shake @ 9:30am
lunch which varies daily but is usually like chicken or some shit @ 12pm
NLARGE2 shake @ 2:30pm
!!!!WORKOUT!!!! @ 3:30PM
dinner which is usually like lunch @ 5:30pm
2 grilled chicken breasts with 7 egg whites @ 8pm
Maybe another NLARGE2 shake in there somewhere

I would be willing to help you out with your diet. [email protected]. I see a few things that need a lot of improvement, for instance I would not touch chicken on a mass cycle, or tuna for that matter. STEAK AND MORE STEAK. MORE FOOD AND LESS SHAKES! If you want some quality help with your diet, that's what I am good at, but I have only been in the 'gear game' for about a year.
