are you saying that sucrose is in kiddie cereals, this is pretty much my standard indulgence/refeed food? I wasn't sure if it was...
And finally, during the days when I eat 2400cals, does nutrient breakdown play an important role? Should I limit carbs for instance. BTW, I eat basically no fruit, ever, so 'pure' fructose is a non-issue; as to whether it lurks in foods I'm unaware of, that's something else.
