Well its official i am not going to make it in my weight class next sunday unless i lose 9 pounds i dont understand how i gained weight from dieting and i mean i have all my records to back me up i dieted... For some reason i got real lean like went from 10 to 4 percent but did not really lose and weight now i am nervous on how much bigger the guys are going to be in my class. What do you guys usually lose from water and carb depletion on contest day? Oh i was supposed to weigh 154 this morning i weighed in at 163 granted i had ate a pb sandwich and had 16 ounces of coffee but how much can that really change it
you are complaining about a good thing lol, sounds like you gained muscle while dieting, while odd; has been known to happen especially since you are young. Forget about what class you are going to go into. I remember I spend a lot of energy trying to make a lighter class and I ended up going into the toughtest class in the show... if i'd gone into the heavier class I would have won. Just because you are on the heavy end of a class does NOT nessecarily provide you an advantage.
