Yo dudes what is the difference between Cell Tech and Phosphagen HP, besisdes the fact that there is 10g per serving in cell tech and 5g for Phosphagen. And is Phosphagen HP a good product cause I am having a hard time finding anything you guys have said about it on the board.
IMHO, it's not easy to draw a comparison betweeen two Creatine products. Simply because they are all genetically modified, and as the consumer we don't know what exactly they've done to each product to make it what it is. We don't know the details, except that's it's creatine.
The serving size isn't the deciding factor, but how much is in the container for price can be. So what if they made their scoop bigger? Use the two 5g scoops, and there you go. Same difference. You'll run out of the 10g size twice as fast anyway. So, compare the amount in the can and the price.
There are some good Creatine threads already posted, make sure to check them out. Just for a rough breakdown: 20% (i think?) of people don't respond to Creatine. Take it with grape juice. Load it, starting with 15mg/day for 3 days, go down to 10mg/4 days.. then hold it at 5mg/day.. and taper it off when you start to run out at 3mg/day until finished. Take time off, then cycle again.
The best thing for you to do, is try the cheaper one... see if you respond well to it. The next time, buy the other product.. and draw your conclusion from there.
Sorry I couldn't give you a hit or miss answer.
