ok ive used creatine befo and its cool, my friend just told me to use it with glutamine? what will this do, any side effects and is it worth the money? whats a good brand of glutamine.thanks

glutamine is needed for a variety of functions... It doesn't have any affect on creatine, or vise versa...... Good manufacturers are Twinlab, Max Muscle, Sportpharma, etc.........

Bump for Glutamine, Its good its cheap and I totally recommend
doubling up on it. Twinlab makes a nice little jug of it.
