Sometimes, i will get a real meal, where there is an option with a meat (though, the other is just usually pasta and sauce), but for many, they just have a paper bag with a muffin, applesauce, pretzels, and a cookie.

When I flew British Airways from Dulles to Heathrow, they served chicken breast and mushrooms in a pretty light sauce, which wasn't so bad. However, on the return trip, they served bangers and mash for dinner, which was definitely delicious but not at all healthy. The "Asian vegetarian" choice though looked to be wild rice and green veggies, which might have been significantly better for me..

but "breakfast" is always complete ass, seeing as both ways they gave me a muffin, container of orange juice, jelly, and butter.

I flew Singapore Airlines and they gave us lots of pralines

I thought the main thing in granola was oats.

The macro breakdown on her bar is not bad -- certainly not like the 30 carb, 3 fat, 3 protein granolas they serve on airplanes.

So Par, Is my granola good/bad?

I just got some protein bars that I hope are okay for my diet :
SlimWhey

and Protein Diet

what do you all think about these bars?

It's not the stuff in the granola that is bad, it's what is used to hold it together and mixed in. Most granola's are made with sugar, or corn syrup. THOSE are what makes granola bad. Some places like trader joe's you can find granola made with honey which is much better. However, if you are trying to cut, honey is going to slow down your results.

Jodi, I've been eating oatmeal for carb now and logging at fitday.com
I'll see how this goes
Oh, did the peppermint oil caps really work for bloating? This happen to me so often

Btw (anyone) I'm starting to get confused of when is the best time to take which supp (with meal/ before meal/empty stomach/morning/before bed/etc): critique me for wrong timing please
Fish Oil (split into 2-3 times a day, about an hour before meal)
SesaThin (with higher carb/fat meal)
Phenogen ( how much and when? )
Rebirth (an hour before meal)
Vit C&E (with fish oil, how much? )
R-ALA ( how much and when? )
Green Tea extract ( how much ECGC per day? and when? )
L-Tyrosine (between meal, empty stomach)

Until I finish these bottles:
CLA (an hour before meal)
FlaxOil (with meal)

I'm thinking about adding H.E.A.T. , what's the best time to take it ? cause I just went to a banquet n had my cheat, bad cheat too (chocolate cake with raspberry sauce for dessert? drizzled with white chocolate shaves, this is on top of full fat fried entree ) I couldnt stop myself from eating those, even after I planned it. I took these before I went to the banquet: Rebirth, phenogen, carb blocker, green tea, vinegar, SesaThin, R-ALA
Plus I'm on 4th day of my Wellbutrin XL which is notorious for its side effect: loss of appetite yeah, right

My bf drop to 18.7% ... should I start Liptigen Mass yet?

Thank you everyone

.
