As I've mentioned in a recent thread, I plan to use ketotifen to increase the amount of time I can stay on albuterol.
Ive read plenty about ketotifen, I just cant seem to find anything that says what dosages should be taken.
So if anyone has an idea please let me know.
Btw my ketotifen is from CEM and is 1mg/ml and has 60ml in the bottle.
Thank you

1mg/day is enough. Any more is overkill and will lead to lethargy.
take it at night as it makes you sleepy
So then is once a day dosing a good plan?

once a day. 1-3mg is the dosage for clen, but i don't know the dosage for albuterol. you're probably fine with 1mg.
Thanks

I think there is a dosage protocol on the ketotifen product description on CEM store.
Suprisingly there is not. But as I posted to your question in my critique my cylce thread, 1-3mgs seems to be the dose used.

2-3mg for clen.
1mg for albuterol (unless you're just megadosing the shit)
I would go 1 MG per day at night as it makes you tired. Increase by one MG after 3-4 weeks.

It's a tough call, because on one hand, anti-histamines are bad for leptin signaling/sensitivity--which gets exacerbated by taking them at night.
Conversely, ketotifen makes you drowsy and generally imparts the munchies pretty well too, so it's kind of a lose-lose scenario.
Pretty much an individual's call, really.
BTW--assuming you're JGUNS from CM? Welcome.

Yes, and thanks. However, I would take the nighttime effects over the leptin sensitivity. Risk/benefit and munchies and tired wins out.

Spook has suggested that anti-histamines should be dosed at night or early enough in the evening so that a given drug will be mostly metabolized by morning depending on its half-life, so as to minimize/avoid negative effects with regards to leptin/fed-signalling.
According to rxlist, ketotifen's HL is biphasic, 3-5 hrs for distribution and then 21 hrs for elimination. So, it would seem that dosing it at night would be the best time in terms of avoiding leptin/fed interference, no?

I liked the idea (keeping the beta receptors from downregulating) and the compound's effects on allergies and food allergies (out of all of Poliquin athletes, my food allergies were the worst. Note I am not an athlete). However, the following mornings wake up was brutal. Very trazadone-like in that regard. I wish that could be avoided. The morning is evil enough on its own.
