Ok I'm doing test/deca for mass and I've been eating clean. I'd like some help on what "clean" foods I can eat to up my calorie intake. I just started my third week and i'm up 5 lbs so far.
Any info would be appreceated.(sp)?
Bro, not to sound like a broken record.... But..... Run a search... there is umpteen threads with that info in it.......
steak, chicken, shrimp, tuna, eggs, salmon, yams, spinach, oatmeal, brown rice, apples, milk, yogurt, cottage cheese.... etc.... etc...... etc...... etc...... etc.....
Congrats on the 5 lbs...... There should be many more on the way.... Keep training hard and eating well, and sleeping enough....
I swear by post workout sugar....I've gained 40 pounds in the past 7 months. I'm still hard too... Im not sure if it's cause I've contest dieted before or cause I've chosen the right gear or what but I swear it's all muscle...I have some abs still, striations in my back, shoulders and chest...it's kinda unbelieveable...I can't wait to see what unfolds after my cutting cycle and next contest diet. I have 1.5 g/lbs of body weight of protein and double that in carbs. I eat every 2 to 3 hours. I have been watching my fats though. They will increase as I drop my carbs, sugar, dairy. Good luck!
