What time would it be optimal to take windrol tabs?? How would the Anadrol make me feel?? Thank you.

at approximately 4:27pm you will achieve optimal results!
im just busting your balls kiddo.........i take mine roughly an hour and a half before workout and try to keep it around the same time each day.
