i forgot,after that i was off for about 1 in a half years got on another cycle of tes and deca and now i've been off for about 1 in half years. looking to get on another. that's why i'm triing to find out how to make it.

i know its not the best picture but here i'm at 230 #s. when i came off i only lost 15 #s
