This is going to be my second cycle, looking for a little help on rounding it out.
weeks 1-8 EQ 300mgs
weeks 3-8 fina 76mgs eod
weeks 3-8 t3 (25 mcgs to 75mcgs and then back down to 25mcgs gradually.
weeks 2-4,6-8 (20mcgs to 120mcgs and back down to 20 mcgs
weeks 4-6 ECA stack
weeks 9-11 clomid 100mgs week9, 50mgs weeks10-11
my stats are 6'1 210 second cycle, body fat about 12-14%. looking to get leaner after last bulkig cycle i know this is only my second cycle so people will say not to use fina but i have it and im only going to use 76 mgs eod. for the eca stack can i just use hydroxycut or xenadrine or should i make my own?
I would rethink using the t3 without any test. it can burn off fat as well as muscle. And i think you can get ripped without it. especially if you hit the cardio hard along with a great diet.
you should extend the EQ to 10wks at 400mgs (200 2x WK)......also toss in some winny along with the fina to combat progesterone......for the eca i personally like to make my own but that's just my preference.
my bad weeks 2-4 and 6-8 are clen, i left it out(20mcgs to 120 back down to 20mcgs.)
