I posted this in "Training General" just to get some feedback. I'd like to see what the brethren (and sisthren) think about Mike Mahler's article about German Volume Training.
His particular routine runs far too long, but I like the idea of it. I'm just trying to get some ideas on a new training routine for me to get somewhat freaky-big again but maintain as much LBM as possible. Help me get re-jacked guys/gals.
