First Cycle Questions/Advice

I have OKed it with the wife. She is going to help with the injections.

Keep that creatine rich man juice to yourself big guy! You still crack yourself up with that one lol

I am keeping my diet really clean right now and am doing cardio 4 mornings a week. I have to say that a 1600 calorie diet makes it damn hard to work out. Hopefully I can get the rest of this fat off of me before the holidays.

smart to involve the mrs before you start.. you've saved yourself many arguments..

1600 cal diet has got to go.. all that work you're doing you should most likely be at least around 2500.. when you cut your caloric intake down to far you slow your metabolism and it actually becomes harder to loose.. I've dropped a bit of weight myself and will tell you thatstarvation doesn't work.. I've made my best progress eating 6x's per day starting out with a giant breakfast...

Im doing 6 meals a day now.

Going to bump it up to about 2k calories because I am dragging.

Taking ECA pill twice a day as well to help with energy.

Hey guys, I am the same size as Godsrod. I am looking to loose what fat I still have but I want to put on the muscle. BIG time muscle. I have read so much about the different drugs that I am not sure what to get. Can I get some advice?:biggun

personaly I think that is just way too much gear for a first cycle...you're talking about taking over a gram a week...

test 250 and deca or equipoise 200 taken every 5 days should be plenty...

you have really got to keep the calories high though if you want to see muscle gains...

if you are concerned about gaining a little muscle while shedding body fat on a low calorie diet then 400mgs of primo a week for 10-12 weeks is a good way to go...plus you don't need to worry about estrogen with primo...

trust me...it doesn't take all that much gear to see good results if you take the RIGHT drugs and diet correctly...

Thank you for the alternate view Primo. My goal is to lose the rest of the fat, currently down to 232, naturally and the do a bulking cycle. When I take the gear I want to not be worrying about weight loss anymore. I want to be able to eat to grow. I know I can lose the weight after the bulk cycle. Im down from 315 so far =)

The only reason I am doing a stronger cycle is because I am doing a show, or I would be doing about half the amount. The amounts you went over could easily be lowered and see good results. Remeber, our friend is a hardgainer and not representative of the big guys.
