First Cycle OK?

Well, I'm about to do a first cycle. I've talked to many people on other boards, S.E. and The Iron Playground, and they have told me different things.
Mainly I want anywhere from 20-30 lbs of good muscle.
After lots of research I've found that stacking isn't nessesary for my first cycle and that I should save it for later when I need it.

So I've decided to try this cycle:

sustanon-250 1cc 3 times per/wk....so 750mg a week
clomid and Nolvadex are on hand for after cycle.

What do you all think I can gain from this cycle.

I was reading some similar posts to mine and I saw that most people would do 500mg/wk
This sounds more reasonable for me, but what would the differences in gains on a first time cycle between 500 and 750 a week?

First of all, 30 lbs of muscle in 2 or 2.5 months is ALOT...... You are setting your sites awful high.......

Second, I have no idea what your height and weight, training experience or age are......

Personally, I would stay down at 500mg/wk. Your body only has so many receptors... whatever it can't use will not only be wasted, but worse yet, will aromatize and be free estrogen causing unwanted sides...... you should have the nolva on hand for DURING cycle in case of gyno.

If your rest, training or nutrition are off, you won't gain 20lbs. There is no magic bullet, nor any replacement for those.

You could add a small amount of Dbol, like 25mg/ed for the first 4 weeks to jump start your cycle. The sust won't really start kicking till week 4 or 5.......

I'd shoot for 20lbs regardless. Also, the more gear you use now, the more you will need next time. So that adds up to increased cost, increased risk of sides, and increased stress on your body.

Use the least amount needed to get the most or desired gains...

I would say yeah that is a lot of mass just on 500-700 sust a week now throw in some deca and d-bol and you may have a winning combo.

Does it matter if it doesnt kick in right away until four weeks? I wouldnt want to stack my first cycle.
Are you saying ill be injecting 2 times a week (500mg/wk) and I feel anything at all until 4 weeks later?
Are the esters completely hibernating in my body for that long with no effect at all?
I want to save stacking for later cycles, I eat plenty, sleep plenty and train hard. I really think I can do at least 20 lbs of muscle.

i'm w/ titan too, the thing i dont get it u dont wanna stack but u wanna do 750mg a week??? to me thats alot, especially for a first cycle, i mean where do u go from there on your 2nd cycle, 1 gram a week??? i would keep your dosages low i.e. under 500, but defintly throw some dbol or some anadrol in to kick start everything:cool:

No you don't have to use another aas. I'd say glad to see you want to stay safe and keep it simple, but you want to use 750 mg /wk....

I believe in my last reply I said that I had no idea of your height, weight, training experience, age, etc...... I didn't say that cuz I had nothing better to do...... If you want the best info you have to provide the most complete info..........

STAY AWAY FROM A-BOMBS!!!!!!! WAY too harsh for first cycle, and too many sides.

Test enth has a long half life. It isn't readily available. Your body has to "burn" off the enthenate ester to make it free floating test. The test cannot bind to the receptor if the ester is still attached..... Now, you will probably start feeling effects before week 4, but they won't likely be what you are expecting and you'll probably get dissappointed.... Sust will give you a little more effects early on, cuz one of the 4 esters in Sust is Prop. which has a shorter half life, so it is available quicker......

Do you have any idea about how long it will take for the effects to be noticed on 500mg/wk on sus for a guy who is 5'9 155 lbs age 20.

Will this not be a good first time cycle to gain mass?
My friend did the same thing and gained 27 lbs. his first cycle.

IMHO, at 20 years old, I think you should hold off...... Your hormones for growth are optimal right now, and you should be able to grow and gain well with your own natural test.... Throwing test in will only hinder your own test production....

Also, if you have any growth left heightwise, adding test will kill that......

Personally, I think 500mg/wk sust is fine for a first cycle, but I don't think you need gear. I think you need to eat..... If you can't gain weight right now at 20 years old, 155 lbs, then you won't gain what you want while on gear...... I'm not talking about eating alot meaning your friends tell you that you eat alot... I'm talking Major calories 4000 to 5000 /day..... Most people "think" they are eating alot, but when they write out everything they eat, and when they eat it, they get a rude awakening.....

Your friend should be thankful he gained 27 lbs on that cycle.... That is a lot of weight... That isn't the norm for the average cycle.. As with anything aspire to an attainable goal, and that way you are dissappointed, and if you exceed your goal, great.....

I'd lay off the gear and eat and train big.... If you are 155 and 20 years old, you either haven't been training long, or your aren't eating or training how you think you are......
