I need some help on my cutting cycle!
I'm planning a cutting cycle, 50 mg Test Prop eod, 50 winny eod and clens and Biotest T2, ephedrine preworkout for 10 weeks
does this sound good? unfortunately i cant get equipoise..
Im 225, dunno about bodyfat, I have a small gut but I can still see my abs and obliques
I want to get down to a bodyfat 10ish or something
Can you give some some tips concerning the juice, diet or things I should watch out for.
I'll do cardio 4 times a week post workout for 20 - 30 mins - enough?
Also I want to be at least 205 lbs after cutting (low bodyfat)
Can I lose fat and gain muscle at the same time?

Start your diet before starting the cycle.
You could start your diet with something like this:
225lb x 1.5=337g of Protein
225lb x 1.0=225g of Carbs
225lb x 0.25=53g of Fat
Divide P/C/F into 6-8 meals a day.
Drink 1.5-2 gallons of water daily.
Eat 3-4 cups of vegetables or salad a day.
Begin performing morning cardio; start with 20-30minutes 4-6 times a week. Keep performing post workout cardio.
Train with weights 4-5 times a week.
After 4 weeks of this we could manipulate your macronutrients as well as increasing cardio to further fat loss . After this, we will talk about using AS......if you think you really need it.
