Great to hear bro, it's those types of results and input from bros that make these communities so great.
Read in another post that it was one of the best leg workouts in recent memory for ya, keep at dawg!
Hell yeah. I have learned more from IML and from here than I ever expected. Much of it is broscience, which is fine, and you do sometimes have to wade through some garbage, but there are some stellar members with amazing knowledge.
