what is a suitable dosage when using t4's. I can find dosage for t3's but not t4's.

I belive the doseage for t4 is slightly higher, im not sure, ill have to get back to you on that.

T4 you can run up to 250-300mcgs a day. The reason you run higher amounts of T4 than T3 is because your body will then convert it to T3 and the convertion rate is quite low
studies do show however that if your carb intake is low or dramatically reduced this can stop the body converting T4 to T3

that will be no problem because aye run a high carb diet as aye am training for fitness such as boxing where you need 2 keep your carbs high for energy. aye have 0.1mg tabs so what mcgs does that equal 100?

how long do cycles last and do you have 2 taper off them like t3
